Cancellation Policy
A 25% fee will be issued if you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours ahead of the scheduled appointment time. If we arrive to your home to clean and there is no answer, and no consent was given for entering the home without an answer you will be billed a 50% inconvenience fee.
